Privacy and contact information

• Enquiries from this site are handled by Mash Organizational Consulting and Training through Dr. Yaniv Shenhav. Contact info@mash.org.il or +972-52-508-6611.
• Providing details is voluntary. Without contact information we cannot reply. Details are used only to handle the enquiry, check fit, coordinate and prepare a proposal.
• The form does not send information to, or store information on, this site's server. It prepares a WhatsApp or email draft on the user's device. Opening the draft passes its contents to WhatsApp/Meta or the email application; Mash receives it only after the user confirms sending through that channel.
• After sending, the information is processed through the selected channel and systems needed to handle the enquiry. WhatsApp/Meta, email providers, telephone services and external links operate under their own practices.
• YouTube videos are not loaded automatically. A connection to YouTube is made only after the visitor explicitly chooses to load a video.
• Social-network and Google Maps links are ordinary outbound links. The site does not load their feeds, SDKs or tracking components before a click; the external service's terms and privacy practices apply after you leave.
• Site fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so the browser may connect to Google servers when a page is opened.
• The hosting provider may process technical logs required to operate, secure and maintain the site.
• Sent information is retained in the communication channel only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, keep business records and meet legal duties. Requests to review, correct or delete information will be considered under applicable law through the contact details above.
• Do not include medical, financial, confidential or other sensitive information that is not needed to discuss the event.

Usage measurement and Google Analytics

• Google Analytics loads only after the visitor explicitly chooses "Allow analytics". Choosing "Continue without analytics" prevents the analytics tool from loading.
• After approval, Google may process identifiers, cookies and usage data such as viewed pages, device type, general location and button interactions.
• Form contents, names, organizations and contact details are not sent to Google Analytics. Conversion events contain only button location, offer type, language and contact channel.
• The choice is stored in the local browser. It can be changed at any time through the "Analytics settings" button; withdrawing approval reloads the page without analytics.

Book purchase enquiries

• The site does not process payment, charge a customer or complete an order.
• WhatsApp and email links begin an enquiry only.
• Availability, edition, format, delivery, full price and any additional cost are confirmed before payment.
• Information about changes, cancellation or returns is provided and agreed before payment.

Accessibility

The site includes structured headings, a skip link, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. It has not undergone external accessibility certification. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can make a reasonable improvement.
